This 2018 Sundance Fifth Wheel measures 36 feet long and 8 feet wide with a dry weight of 12,429 lbs. It has a GVWR of 15,00 lbs and a hitch weight of 2,165 lbs. This model also includes automatic heating and cooling rated at 35,000 and 13,500 BTUs respectively. The exterior of this model is a base of white with black and beige accents. It also has a 14-foot awning and three power-retractable slides.
Starting from the back of the interior is the combined kitchen and living area. This room includes two slides, one on the left wall and one on the right wall. One unique feature is the left slide. This double slide with two sections that slide out for even more space! This double slide holds a convertible sleeper sofa that can be folded out into a bed that sleeps two. The opposite slide contains the main kitchen area. This includes a countertop with a built-in stove and oven, pantry, and refrigerator. The middle of the room has the final kitchen appliance, the sink, which is built into a detached island.
The next room to the right is the master bedroom with the adjoined master bathroom. The bathroom includes a sink, toilet, and a shower with a seat. This bathroom also has two entrances, one in the master bedroom and one in the hallway to the living area. This helps to open up the area and give a more roomy feel. The washer and dryer prep room are across the hall from the bathroom, which doubles as storage space. The master bedroom contains a slide that houses a queen-sized bed with some extra storage as well as a nightstand next to the bed. Opposite the bed is a wardrobe that wraps around the side of the wall and extends toward the front of the fifth wheel. A large walk-in closet occupies the very front wall of this unit, with shelving for easy and vast storage.
