This 2017 Montana Fifth Wheel measures in at just under 40 feet long and 8 feet wide with a dry weight of 12,570 lbs. It has a GVWR of 15,400 lbs and a hitch weight of 2,365 lbs. This unit also comes with automatic heating and cooling rated at 35,000 and 15,000 BTUs respectively. The exterior of this model is a base color of tan with brown, black, and white accents along the body. It also has a 17-foot power-retractable awning and 5 power-retractable slides.
Starting from the back of the interior is the second bedroom. This room contains two slides, one on the right wall and one on the left wall. The right slide holds A set of bunk beds. The bottom bunk is a fold-and-hide bunk while the top bunk is a fold-down bunk. The opposite slide holds an outdoor kitchen on the outside and a raised bunk on the inside. The outdoor kitchen includes a refrigerator, sink, and stove set into a swing-out cooking area. On the front-most wall is the door to the adjoining half-bathroom. This bathroom contains a sink and a toilet as well as an exterior door for easy and quick access to the outside.
The next room to the right is the combined kitchen and living area. This room also contains two slides, one on the right and one on the left. The right slide holds theatre seating and a free-standing dinette with four chairs that can easily be re-arranged to accommodate more or less people. The left slide houses a refrigerator and a stove and oven combination. The room is bisected by a counter with a built-in dual basin sink. On the back wall is a mounted TV that can be viewed easily from any place in the room. To the left of the TV is a mid-sized pantry in close proximity to the entire kitchen area. The opposite wall is covered by a lounge seat with overhead cabinets for a little more storage. This room also contains an exterior door for easy access to the outside.
The next room is the master bathroom. This room contains a linen closet, a toilet, an in-counter sink, and a large shower with a seat. The last room is the master bedroom. This room contains the last slide, which holds a queen-sized bed. A unique feature of this bedroom is that underneath the bed is a large storage compartment. Across the room from the bed is a dresser with a TV as well as extra seating to the right of it. The front-most wall is covered by a wardrobe with a washer prep area on one side and a dryer prep area on the other. When the slide in this room is extended, the room becomes very open and spacious.
