The 2016 Salem 36BHBS is a dual-axle travel trailer that measures 36.58 ft. in length and 11.17 ft. in height. It has a dry weight of 7,892 lbs. with a payload capacity of 1,327 lbs. and a hitch weight of 720 lbs. It has two slides and a power awning. It also comes with automatic heating and cooling rated at 25,000 and 13,500 BTUs respectively.
This model features a unique floorplan. It highlights a rear private bedroom and a front bunkhouse. The rear private bedroom houses a queen bed slide on the right side, along with a large wardrobe with shelves by the backmost wall of the trailer. Opposite the queen bed is a lovely counter. The master bedroom also features a direct entry from the outside of the trailer.
Outside the bedroom is the bathroom. We have a radius shower and toilet with a linen cabinet on one side, and a wardrobe with drawers and a sink with a medicine cabinet on the other side.
The main area combines the kitchen and living space. It features a large slide which holds a booth-style dinette and a sofa with overhead cabinets. Across from the dinette is the kitchen area which features a house fridge, a three-burner cooktop, and a microwave. There is also a split sink with ample counter space. In addition, a useful pantry sits by the outside wall of the bathroom. The main area also features an entertainment center and an arm for a TV.
The front bunkhouse features regular bunk beds on the left side and a hinged bunk above a dinette on the right side. In between, there is a wardrobe with an entertainment center.
The master bedroom is designed with carpet floors while the rest of the trailer features linoleum flooring throughout.
