This 2016 Durango Fifth Wheel measures just under 40 feet long and 8 feet wide. It has a GVWR of 13,400 lbs and a hitch weight of 2,090 lbs. This unit also comes with automatic heating and cooling rated at 35,000 and 15,000 BTUs in that order. The exterior of this model is a base color of tan with brown and black accents along the body. It also has a 17-foot power-retractable awning and 4 power-retractable slides. There are also two unique features to this fifth wheel, one being that it has two exterior doors, the other being an outdoor kitchen attached to the back of the unit. This allows for easier grilling and includes a sink, refrigerator, and a large counter space for preparation.
Starting from the back of the interior of this fifth wheel, we have the second bedroom. This room holds a set of bunk beds inside of a slide and a bunk over an entertainment center. There is also extra storage space in the form of a wardrobe located on the back wall between the beds. Attached to this room is the second bathroom. This bathroom contains a sink and a toilet as well as one of the exterior doors. This makes quick access practical and easy at any time.
The next room is the combined kitchen and living area. This room holds two more slides, one on the right wall and one on the left side. The right slide holds a deluxe sleeper sofa that switches between being a bed and a sofa depending on what you need and a booth-style dinette. The other slide on the opposite wall holds most of the kitchen appliances. These include an oven, stove, refrigerator, and pantry. The back wall also holds another pantry and an entertainment center angled so that it can be seen from anywhere in the room. The middle of the room is occupied by a detached island with a built-in dual basin sink. The front-most wall is occupied by more storage space to keep everything you need right in your fifth wheel! This room also holds the external door for easy access to the outside.
The next room is the master bathroom. This room contains a toilet, sink, shower with a seat, and a linen closet. Over the sink is a medicine cabinet to act as additional storage as well as the sink being built into a countertop.
The next room is the master bedroom. This room contains the last slide which holds a queen-sized bed. Across from the bed is a dresser for additional storage that also holds a TV in perfect view of the room. The front-most wall of the room contains even more storage in the form of a wardrobe, closet, and a small washer and dryer prep room.
