This 2016 Brookstone Fifth Wheel is just under 41 feet long and 8 feet wide. It has a GVWR of 16,600 lbs and a hitch weight of 2,830 lbs. This unit also has automatic heating and cooling at 40,000 and 15,000 BTUs respectively, meaning a wide range of temperatures and easy control is right at your fingertips. The exterior of this fifth wheel is a cream base with black accents for a very stylish look. It also comes with a 20-foot power-retractable awning and 4 power-retractable slides.
The interior of this fifth wheel is just as attractive as the outside. Starting from the back of the unit, we have the combined living and kitchen area. This area has two slides, each with different furnishings such as an entertainment center, pantry, and kitchen appliances on the left slide and a dinette and recliners on the right slide. The back of the room has a convertible sofa bed with overhead storage containers. The middle of the room also has a detached island with a built-in dual basin sink.
The next room forward in the fifth wheel is the second bedroom. This room has a flip-down bunk on the left wall with a sofa and table in front of it. Across the room are a dresser and TV, a closet, and a ward.
The next room forward is the master bathroom. The master bedroom, bathroom, exterior door, and kitchen are all connected through a short hallway along the right side of the fifth wheel. The master bedroom has a sink, toilet, shower, and linen closet. A noteworthy feature about this bathroom is that the shower has a built-in seat inside as an added feature.
The last room in the fifth wheel is the master bedroom. This is a large carpeted room with a 60x80 queen-sized bed. The room also has a dresser opposite the bed and a washer and dryer area near the ward on the front-most wall. The bed is also in a slide to open up the room, even more, when extended.
