This 2011 Dutchmen Komfort Fifth Wheel is 40 feet long, over 12 feet tall, and weighs 11,640 lbs. It is a dual axel and has a hitch weight of 2,526 lbs. This model has 3 slides and 1 awning. The outside appearance of this unit is a white base color with deep brown decals and hints of red. It also has two external entrances for easy access. The heating and cooling are also high tech, both automatic heating and cooling. The heater is rated at 40,000 BTUs and the air conditioner is rated at a standard 15,000 BTUs. Starting from the back, we have the secondary bedroom. This room includes a set of oversized bunk beds inside of a slide as well as one upper bunk covering an outdoor kitchen area that also slides out. In the bottom right of this room is the entrance to a small half-bath. This includes a sink and toilet. This half-bath also includes one of the exits to the outside for quick access. The next room left is the main area and kitchen. This room has a dinette and sofa sitting side by side on one wall and the kitchen appliances on the other wall. On that wall are a stove/oven combination, a sink with dual wells built into the counter, and an extra storage space that can be used as a pantry. This room also includes the other entrance to the outside. To the right of that entrance are the master bath and master bedroom. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and sink. up the stairs leads to the master bedroom which holds a queen-sized bed and a large walk-in closet. Across from the bed is a small storage center. Inside of the closet includes many different storage apparatuses. It has many shelves and enough space to store anything. The room also has two separate closets on either side of the walk-in closet for additional storage purposes.
