This 2010 Forest River Sandpiper Fifth Wheel is just shy of 40 feet long and 13 feet tall with a GVWR of 13,923 lbs. It is a dual axel with a hitch weight of 1,923. The air conditioning is rated at 15,000BTUs and cooling is rated at 35,000BTUs. It also has a total of 4 slides, meaning lots of extra space.
The exterior is a base color of white with grey and brown decals. This model also has a 21-foot power retractable awning. Their are also two different entrances on the right side of the vehicle.
Moving to the interior starting from the back is the second bedroom. This room has two sets of bunnks on either side of the room with a carpeted interior for the perfect homey feel. These bunk beds are also each inside of a slide meaning their is plenty of space to use the room when they are extended. On the right side of the room is the entrance to the second bathroom. This bathroom is a half-bath with a sink and toilet. This is also where one fo the entrances to the outside is. This means you have quick access to the bathroom from the outside. The back of this room also has a few different storage containers to keep anything you need.
The left hand exit from this room leads to the combined living and kitchen area. Inside of the left slide is the dinette and sofa. The opposite wall holds the stove, refridigerator, and sink. These are all inside of an 'L' shaped counter which neatly sections off this part of the room. The far side of the counter is adjacent to the other entrance to the outside also. Moving forward in the unit and up a few stairs is the master bedroom. This room holds a kingsize bed on the left side of the room and a large closet on the front most wall. To the right of this closet is the optional washer and dryer area. The right side of the room also has an entrance to a small master bathroom. This has a toilet and sink. Disconnected on the left wall is the shower. This area also floored with linoleum around the bathroom and shower. This makes it easy to not get water in the carpet.
